This is being done for the The Canine Health Foundation (CHF) who maintains a list of breed specific health concerns for researchers to refer to when designing grants and research projects. Also, consider the USNMC HC current recommendations for the top five concerns are: Dilated Cardiomyopathy, Cancer, Joints Dysplasia, Bloat and eye problems (Entropion and Cherry Eye). Feel free to list a disease or ailment that you feel is of concern if it is not already listed. Please number your selections 1-5, with the number one being the most important health concern.
