How did Miss Mia get along with her surgery? We had that problem with our FDA import, Donzella, a few years ago. She has surgery twice, and we ended up having her put to sleep. She never fully recovered and was in pain all the time. I hope yours is a success. Cheryl Thorne
Hi Cheryl, well Mia is doing great, we did not go to surgery, a lot and I mean a lot of restriction, she went from her bed to potty and thats about it, it seems to have stabilized because it hasnt came out since about 4 days past the visit, she is pretty much back to herself, except she is quite a bit slimmer, thats another thing the vet said, she is too fat. So as long as she doesnt go out and try and rough house with lucca I think we will be good.
I was scared to death to do it, so I am really happy with not having to. Sorry about your girl, in my researching I found people who in the end had to pts because nothing seemed to help.

Oh you guys - come on. I have regular el cheapo hose from Lowes for 8 years and my dogs don't touch them... you get what you train or don't discourage. My hose is about $30 per 100 ft and still good.
I found between 6 months and 2 years they will chew throw anything our quad seat needs re upholstering and mostly the fitting on the hose pipes were eaten flat. So it was easier to use the brass ones and the hose came for free. Since 2 years ordinary hose in the back garden has survived.
