Joe -we got some fertile genes up here. No method here. Just good genes and Ferdinandos strong sperm and hitting it on the nose.
All the pups are looking fabulous! Cena anxiously waits to feed. There is one LARGE male that is already taking on Nando traits. There are alot of white toed pups with really great bone and are sooo STRONG and feisty. Can't wait to see how they look at 3 weeks!
Lotus keeps getting in the whelping box after Cena gets out and checks out the pups and sits and watches them...like a good Aunt. !amazed These dogs crack me up everyday. I should video tape there lives for a documentary on how goofy these dogs are

I wanted to congratulate Charina & Matt for being vigilant with their 16 pups, almost a week later & they are ALL still alive! That is a feat in and of itself. GREAT JOB GUYS! I did see someone post and ask about parents being health screened, that was an out-of-the-blue question from an unknown person & I wonder why this person wants to know about this breeding when there are dozens of other litters listed. Anyway, the sire and dam of this litter as Charina said have been more extensively tested than any other MAJOR Mastino breeder with TYPEY neos has ever done. So thanks for asking. And as far as Mindy & Charina's method, it's Cassandra's incredible artificial insemination skills that do the trick!

No ill spirit here guys. I was paying you guys a compliment. The method I mention is timing more than anything as well all know. Usually when I hear 16 I think Surgical. I have heard of two day surgicals before that I have been told to be very effective but expensive. Never the less that is high fertility and great timing. Congrats again on the litter.

Definately......the mastino puppy is so fragile to begin with and the fact that there is 16 and a maiden bitch ....is super!!!! You guys are doing a great job!!!!!!lol
