The second dog is Roman owned by Susan. He is littermate of my Mojito. Ironwoods Marcelo Roman Luciano. I agree about Roman he is very balanced and a very nice dog. He is still young but his handler wasnt "JIM DEPPEN" he was only bred by him lmao. If Jim had handled him he would have won the breed regardless of who entered.... Dont get me started........
Kudos to Kendail and Bean and Susan and Roman and also to Carlo who owns Amedeo. I think they showe d great.

Congrats to all of the invitees!!! I need to get out more often cos Amedeo has certaily put on more mass from the pics posted here, lol. BIG CONGRATS TO SANTINO!!! Anthony
I was suprised to see there was only 5 neos entered in the breed trial, especially when other breeds had many more entries. How do they decide who gets to be invited? Beth
I hope someone will correct me if I am wrong, but I believe that the top 5 dogs from all breeds are invited then it is a crap shoot for all other entries. No matter the breed, Westminster accepts a total of 2,500 dogs.

i just have seen the video, for what i saw on it no one of the 3 males there move like a mastino, the one that won has better type but with that movement i cant understand why he won. Ulises Ramos
I cannot understand why the handler did not even attempt to break the pacing and get a smoother gait. Yes the mastino is permitted to pace but we all know it is not preferred. The large choke collar? Gave the appearance that the dog was difficult to handle. Why would a pro handler choose to use this collar in such a prestigous dog show?
I thought the dog had wonderful type and mass. The movement definately did not give a good impression of the breed. I do like that the dog was lively and playful.
the 1st dog have displastic rear and the right rear leg is limping (very poor handling). 2nd far to light in the rear with very little drive - one just see a rump going up and down. 3rd nervous but best drive but to narrow in movement.
