Dano, Well you are kind of going about it all wrong. Why do you want a male? Do you have experience with Dominant dogs? I understand you have the money to spend and price is no issue but have you reached the breed?
HI Dano, Presuming you have done your research and know what you are looking for, don't scared of asking the 'right questions' here...
I jumped in with both feet, I only researched 3 years prior to getting my first Neapolitan, ) but I didn't exactly get what i wanted 10 years and 7 dogs later, I got exactly what i was looking for, but had to drive 1,950 km to get her!!!
There is a whole world is out there, and the US is a very big country with some superb breeders just outside your catchment area, don't rule out travelling that extra mile to get exactly what you want....

Dano, Don't take offense to responses to your post. No one here knows what you know about the breed. People are very correct about researching the breed best you can before getting one. This is a very unusual breed and it is best to know what to expect so you can be prepared for it when/if things arise. I researched the breed for a couple years myself and thought I had a leg up on things being that I already owned other large breed dogs and dogs known for being hard to handle.
You can wrap my pitbull, english mastiff, german shepherd and rottweiller up in one dog and it still doesn't come close to these Neos. I don't regret getting ours, I just have to do things a little differently around the house now but it is worth it. This is the perfect breed for me. Even as puppies they will challenge your authority often.
When looking for you dog, state your experience, knowledge of the breed, living arrangements, family situation, other animals ownned, etc.
In looking for a good breeder you want one that cares about the welfare of the pup. One that requires a contract. One that will help you when problems arise. A good breeder can require you give/sell back the dog to the breeder if you can no longer provide for the dog or requires that placement of the dog in a new home has to be approved by the breeder. This is done to protect the dog so it doesn't end up in a bad situation.
Good luck on your search, just remember to word your posts carefully or you might get jumped on. They mean well, they want to protect the dogs. It just doesn't always come out nicely. Especially to newbies. Don't take offense, you can learn a lot from these guys and ladies. We are a small group so things are kind of crammed into a small space and can get heated on occasion. Frank
Who said I am a newbie? I don't post on message boards but I have had 3 excellent neos in my life. 2 were imports and 1 from a breeder here. I live in Ontario. Does anyone have suggestions?
