 | He has been fed Large Breed Innova since he was taken off of puppy food (at about 9 months). He gets 2 1/4 cups, twice a day plus a bunch of vegies with his evening meal. Expensive food but we tried a couple of others and he didn't do as well. Shortly after we got him, at 4 months old, I started giving him a caplet of the same glucosamine/chondroiten that my husband takes. About 3 months ago I changed to K9 Liquid Health gluc/chon - 11cc's twice per day. Vet has him on twice a day Rimadyl. In addition to his pinned back right leg he had to have surgery (at 11 months) to his left front shoulder for excess cartlidge - can't remember the name of the condition - three initials - CDsomething?
