| GO STEELERS! | This one is based here around the corner from me in Indiana. They will deliver too...if you live in certian areas in the Midwest. They have Tripe, beef, sheep, lamb, deer, rabbit, muskrat, beaver etc..... Not sure why someone eats Muskrat or Beaver but BLAH!  | I guess it must be because there isn't much in the way of hunting in central and south Florida. Not much dairy around anymore either. I found a local guy who has a very small herd of cow and butchers one when he wants extra money. I'm on his list already but never thought to ask him about tripe. Lord knows I wouldn't want it whole. I wouldn't have a clue what to do with it. I don't even eat meat so this raw, whole food has been a big leap for me. Pam & Big Boy Blue | |||
